📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and maintain manual and automated assembly machines, including CNC machines and robotic arms.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions, documenting issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of new machinery and tools.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Adhere to quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, robotic arms, and automated assembly systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Understanding of quality control and safety standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
