📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed business process models using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation using Confluence and JIRA.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of insurance solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
