📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in creating graphic designs for marketing materials, social media, and packaging using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Collaborate with fashion designers to develop new collections, ensuring designs are both innovative and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Participate in quality control processes, inspecting garments and accessories for defects and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Support the production team by providing design input and feedback to enhance product quality and visual appeal.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining design files and documentation, ensuring all work is backed up and accessible.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions, helping to drive creative and operational improvements.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in fashion design, graphic design, and quality control.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the fashion industry, applying this knowledge to your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
• Understanding of fashion design principles and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
