🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing educational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of educational software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
