📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct job interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
