📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and train a team of employees,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures,Report to management on daily operations and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the food service industry,Proven leadership and team management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent
