📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide academic and personal support to students, helping them navigate their educational journey.
  • Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize and facilitate group activities, workshops, and events to enhance student engagement and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture, ensuring all students feel valued and respected.
  • Report on student progress and well-being to the appropriate authorities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of student care programs and initiatives.
  • Stay updated with best practices in student mentoring and support services.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in student mentoring or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
