📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly.,Support the management team in achieving operational goals and targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP or other operational management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
