📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and address concerns.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
