📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and prepare menus based on customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Handle food waste and ensure cost-effective kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
