📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor cash balances and reconcile discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Maintain and update cash handling procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards.,Resolve cash handling issues and conflicts, ensuring a smooth and efficient cash flow process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or financial administration roles.,Proven track record in managing cashiering operations and ensuring financial accuracy.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers.,Proficiency in using cash handling software and financial systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills to resolve cash handling issues and conflicts.
