Berkah Vera Restaurant is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various laboratory tasks, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our food safety and quality control processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies.,Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses as per standard operating procedures.,Record and document test results accurately and promptly.,Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.,Participate in quality control and food safety audits.,Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.,Assist in the training of new laboratory staff.,Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the laboratory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in food safety or quality control.,Good knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and regulations.,Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
