📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement heat treatment cycles for various materials, ensuring optimal mechanical properties and performance.
• Conduct material characterization using advanced techniques such as Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD).
• Analyze and interpret heat treatment data to optimize processes and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including metallurgists, engineers, and production staff, to ensure seamless integration of heat treatment processes into manufacturing workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in metallurgy, and heat treatment technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our processes.
• Document and report on heat treatment procedures, results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all heat treatment operations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heat treatment engineering, with a strong background in metallurgy and materials science.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing heat treatment cycles for various materials, including steels, alloys, and other advanced materials.
• Familiarity with advanced material characterization techniques such as SEM, XRD, and other analytical tools.
