📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement culinary menus that reflect the company's vision and meet customer expectations.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and health codes.,Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal food costs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Innovate and introduce new menu items and culinary techniques.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of chefs.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
