📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management and payroll processing.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and onboarding processes.,Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance on HR-related issues.,Support the HR team in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within an HR department.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
