📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
• Analyze sales data to identify patterns and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize Python and SQL to automate data analysis tasks and generate reports.
• Create and present data visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python programming and experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database queries and data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
