📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT infrastructure,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Document IT processes and procedures,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data,Coordinate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols,Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
