The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and banking operations, along with excellent customer service skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing cash transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve banking issues promptly.,Prepare and process financial reports and statements.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all transactions are processed correctly.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.,Assist in training new employees on banking procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or banking role.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
