📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct due diligence on clients to assess risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze client information to identify potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to management on risk issues and compliance matters.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on compliance and risk management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in due diligence, risk assessment, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
