Manage and oversee the appraisal process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.,Lead and mentor a team of appraisers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of appraisal reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of appraisal services into overall business operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in appraisal, with a strong background in residential and commercial property appraisal.,Certification as a Licensed Appraiser (e.g., SRES, MAI, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and valuation techniques.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.,Proven track record of success in managing and delivering high-quality appraisal services.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using appraisal software and tools.
