📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Maintain accurate records of operations and ensure compliance with company policies.,Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.,Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.,Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance operational skills.,Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Basic understanding of Indonesian language and culture.
