📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.,Assist in the preparation and organization of operational reports and documentation.,Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or logistics industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
