As a Marketing Executive at Wastec International, you will work closely with our sales team to understand market trends and customer needs. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. With a focus on digital marketing, you will leverage tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite to measure and optimize campaign performance.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial context.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry-specific marketing practices, particularly in waste management or related fields.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.
