📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including events and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing expenses and budgets.
- Support the marketing team in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the organization of marketing events and ensure all logistics are in place.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to marketing operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Knowledge of the medical equipment industry is a plus.
