📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement ESG strategies that align with international standards such as SASB, GRI, and ISO 14001.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, including air, water, and waste management.
• Manage social initiatives, including community engagement, health and safety programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
• Ensure robust governance practices, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on ESG best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ESG management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG management, preferably in the mining or metals industry.
• Certifications such as LEED AP, ISO 14001, or SASB in ESG are a plus.
• Strong understanding of international ESG standards and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
