📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Commis Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers,Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Follow all health and safety regulations,Work as part of a team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service,Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques,Assist in the training and development of new kitchen staff,Prepare and maintain accurate records of food usage and waste

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role,A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations,The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,A passion for cooking and a desire to learn and develop new skills,The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays,A valid food handler's certificate,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus
